The Village of Monee is seeking bids from professional, insured sign companies for a two-sided message board with specifications below for its’ new Village Hall, located at 25711 S Egyptian Road in Monee. The sign currently in place will need to be dismantled from the limestone and concrete base, and then insert the LED message board, then attach the Village of Monee sign on top of the message board.
All software to control messages and graphics must be synchronized with our message board at the message board located at our 5130 W Court Street location.
Specifications:
- Install a new EMC, 10mm, 2'11"x8'8", double-face, 4G wireless connectivity. The unit will display a matrix of 72 lines x 252 columns. It will require 1,410 watts maximum per face. 2 - 20amp circuits would suffice.
- Remove the top portion of the current sign at 25711 S. Egyptian Trail & W. Wilson St, add the EMC on the base and reposition the top portion above it.
Sealed Bids must be labeled “Village of Monee LED Message Board, Attn: Bill Barnes” and delivered to 5130 W Court Street, Monee IL 60449 before bid opening on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
