The Building Services Supervisor reports to the Director of Building Services and is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated strategy for engaging with, and providing support to Building Services with systems and services which meet or exceed customer and/or legal and regulatory compliance industry standards. In addition, the Building Services Supervisor will perform a variety of supervisory duties in support of the City’s local code compliance and Village ordinances and builds successful customer relationships. The position requires effective team building, training, work order planning and management, labor productivity management, and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
