  2. Muay Thai - Martial Arts

    April 16, 2020, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM @ Firemen's Park Building & Pavilion

    Instructor Pete Farias teaches Muay Thai, the spectator sport of Thai Boxing with ancient military roots and Bruce Lee Jeet Kune. Students will learn strength, coordination, stance, footwork, kicks, and both defensive and offensive techniques. Wear comfortable clothing. Thursdays, 7:15-8:15pm (Ages 13+) Sundays, 9:30-10:30am (Ages 7+)
