The Village of Monee is very proud to have worked with Voortman Steel President Adrian Morrall over the past year to find the right land for expansion of their Netherlands-based global manufacturing business. Once built, this will become their U.S. based headquarters and manufacturing facility.
Established in 1970, Voortman Steel Machinery is housed in a one million square foot state of the art facility in the Netherlands, employing over 550 people. They have grown into a leading machine manufacturer for plate, beam, and pipe steel processing machines. As a family business, they are a stable partner and invest in long-term cooperation with major projects across the world.
